All units listed on RepoDepo.ca are being offered for sale on account of the vendor and will be sold under the rights and remedies available to the seller such as a secured creditor, insurer, governmental agencies or trustees with respect to a default, recovery, forfeiture, seizure or liquidation, and pursuant to the appropriate act such as the P.P.S.A., Bankruptcy Act, Proceeds of Crime Act, Insurance Act, Mortgage Act or other relevant legislation.
No warranty or guarantee is given or implied. Any and all existing extended warranties that may be in place will be cancelled, despite the fact that an extended warranty may appear at the time of purchase and the warranty company may indicate that the warranty is transferrable.
This vehicle is being sold “as-is,” unfit, not e-tested and is not represented as being in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.
All units can be started and visually inspected on site. RepoDepo recommends all customers go to the sales facility to inspect any vehicle, or recreational product, before placing a bid.
A RepoDepo Sales Facility, or an Auction, is different from a Used Car Dealership. A repossessed vehicle, or recreational product, can only leave the lot once it has been purchased and is road worthy. Vehicles in our facilities do not have a licence plate, nor do they have the necessary insurance needed to be driven. Therefore, potential buyers are unable to test drive vehicles/recreational products.

All units are located at a licensed RepoDepo sales facility. Click Here for a list of RepoDepo locations.
Vehicles are being sold under statute, whether it be P.P.S.A., Bankruptcy Act, Proceeds of Crime Act, Insurance Act, Mortgage Act, or other relevant legislation. A predetermined legal sale date is set. This is the earliest date a vehicle can be offered for sale. Full sale information will only be available after this date.
Some RepoDepo sales facilities hold live auctions. Those auctions are held on a scheduled date. You can only bid on that date.

There are two types of sales facilities:

  • Open-to-the-public auctions: These are auctions where consumers and dealers bid on vehicles at the auction. Bidding procedures vary per auction so be sure to arrive a few hours early to learn the ins and outs.
  • Silent Bidding Process: Consumers submit their bids through the RepoDepo sales facilities. Our representatives are experienced and here to help you through the bidding process.
  • As we have units in locations across Canada, with varying provincial governances, you can contact our customer service centre at 1-844-611-REPO(7376) for guidance on how to place a bid/make a purchase. Or Click Here for more information.
  • RepoDepo encourages all customers to attend, and inspect, the vehicle prior to committing to a bid. Should you be unable to inspect the vehicle yourself, and bestow authority onto another individual, RepoDepo will not be responsible for any negligence during the inspection.

RepoDepo does not offer financing. We recommend you arrange financing from the lender of your choice in advance of placing a bid.
RepoDepo will only contact the highest bidder, once the vehicle sale date has passed. For more information on purchasing a vehicle Click Here.
