All units listed are being offered for sale on account of the seller and will be sold under the rights and remedies available to the seller such as a secured creditor, insurer, governmental agencies or trustees with respect to a default, recovery, forfeiture, seizure or liquidation, and pursuant to the appropriate act such as the P.P.S.A., Bankruptcy Act, Proceeds of Crime Act, Insurance Act, Mortgage Act or other relevant legislation.

| How to Register | Registering for MyRepo and becoming a MyRepo bidding member offers a multitude of benefits and features otherwise not available to public visitors.
Some of these features include Pricing, Additional Information & Photos, Email Inventory List, My Recently Viewed Items, Saved Searches, and Online Bidding.
Registering for all these benefits is as easy as following the simple steps outlined in the registration page.

 How to Bid
| Once you are registered, you can place bidding enquiries on any of the items that are available on the site. To place a bid enquiry, select the item you wish to bid on and click the bid icon. Fill out the bidding enquiry form and click "Send".

| | | From time to time some units will be put on Manager's Special. These items are highlighted in blue (see above) and are priced to move!
Prices for items on Manager's Special are firm, final prices and are not negotiable.
You can check to see these items at any time by clicking the specials icon .

| As a registered user you gain access to MyRepo, which is your personal preferences area.
From within MyRepo you can access various functions associated with your account, such as:
Editing your personal profile information. Changing your password Accessing your Saved Searches and Recently Viewed Items Inventory list notification via e-mail Tracking your Bidding statistics and purchases

|  About Us | The RepoDepo.ca site contains a live inventory of the world's premier selection of repossessed cars, trucks, boats, RVs, real estate, vans, motorcycles, snowmobiles, sailboats, equipment, aircraft and more... all available for sale.

 Contact Us | You can contact sales or technical support at any time by using the contact us form. You can also find detailed location information, such as business hours and directions.
|  Legal Issues | The Legal section contains our policies and legal information regarding the purchase and sale of items listed on this site.
| | Known E-mail Issues | Our system will usually send the password to the e-mail address that you have provided immediately after the sign up procedure has been completed. Depending on network traffic and your location it may take anywhere from a few minutes to 48hrs for you to receive that e-mail.
Some users mainly AOL™ subscribers have reported longer waiting periods or never receiving their passwords. The reason for this problem is that AOL™ has extremely stringent technical requirements for e-mails to be allowed through their servers.
We are aware of this issue and are actively working with AOL™ to find a solution around it. In the meantime if you are a AOL™ member and are experiencing difficulties receiving e-mails from RepoDepo®, we recommend that you sign up for one of the many free, web based e-mail service providers such as Hotmail™ or Yahoo™ mail, and use that to sign up for MyRepo™ accounts.
